REFUNDS
At Vine & Shepherd, we desire to deliver high quality designs and pure happiness with each order. All of our products, with the exception of our jewelry, are custom made when you place your order. This means, we don't hold any inventory and we actually work with production partners to produce our inventory as needed. As our customers place orders with us, we place orders with our suppliers to produce the items for them! We do this to keep our costs low, and quality high!
With that said, we want to offer a quality guarantee for you. You can expect to receive the item you ordered from us quickly, without any defects. If your item arrives damaged or with a print defect, we'll offer you a replacement or a refund within 30 days from the product being delivered and let you keep the item! Otherwise, we do not offer returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
Because we produce our items made to order with our production partners, we reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange for other reasons. Again, we are a small business and we really appreciate your business.

RETURNS
We don’t require sending in any flawed or damaged items. If one of these unfortunate circumstances does pop up, we’re content with photo evidence. Our customer support team is happy to assist with any questions, comments, or concerns.
